Some learners are reporting that they don't receive emails from us. This is caused by your email provider blocking our emails. This article will help you add our email address to your contacts in order to receive emails from us without interruption.
We recommend using gmail when you book classes with GetSetUp. These illustrations will show gmail screens as well as contact screens in iOS (Apple products)
Make sure you are logged in to your gmail account using your browser. You should see your picture or your initials in the upper right corner of the page. Click on the icon that has 9 dots in it, as shown below. Scroll down until you can click on the Contacts app. The order of the apps may be different than mine, but contacts will be there. Click on Contacts.
The next screen will have a list of contacts on the left side and at the bottom right you will see this plus sign:
Click on the plus sign. You will see a screen that allows you to choose whether you want to add one contact or multiple. I always choose one because it allows me to enter more data.
The next screen will let you enter the data for a new contact. The first and last names are not important. You can name the contact as you wish, but the email address is critical. You must enter it as shown.
Click Save at the bottom right to keep the contact.
After saving, you should see a screen like this one. It wants to verify that the information is correct. If you wish to edit the contact, just click on the pencil icon and you can change any information you wish. Again, the only critical information is the email address.
Once you are satisfied, you can close this by clicking on the X in the upper right corner.

To do this in iOS on any Apple device, follow these steps.
Locate your contacts app. Your screen may look different, but the Contacts icon looks like mine.
The next screen will show a list of the contacts you have in the app. As you can see I covered my contacts for privacy purposes. To add a new contact, click on the plus sign at the upper right.
You will see a screen like the one below. The only critical piece of information will be the email address. This has to be correct, so please enter the address shown below; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Click done when you have finished adding the information. The email address will now be listed as a contact for your device.
Other email providers may have different screens, but this process is roughly similar for all of them. This should cause your email provider to allow our emails through, unless you marked one of our emails as spam in the past. If you think you did, try looking in spam for one of our emails and once you find one, right click on it and mark it as "not spam".
