  • Give the learner the help@getsetup.io address
  • Continue your class after letting them know that learner support will contact them later
• Can a learner drop in to a class that is full?
  • No, they will receive a message that tells them the class is full
  • If the class is live on FB, anyone can watch
• Are drop-ins included in the follow up email list?
  • Yes, their email address is collected, so it will be in the list of attendees
